The tranquil grounds of Candacraig House include a spectacular Victorian walled garden, ablaze with colour through the summer and renowned for its blue Himalayan poppies. There are extensive lawns, landscaped woodlands of beech, pine and sequoia, and a lochan whose surface is dimpled by wild brown trout.
